Not all insurances are created equal. Some insurances limit how much therapy you can get and what treatments they allow. Some insurances also reimburse at such a low rate that it would require seeing multiple patients at the same time in order to run a viable business. I am dedicated to providing 1 on 1 care for an hour and delivering the high level of service possible

The first session is an evaluation where I hear your story about what is going on and do a thorough assessment. I develop a treatment plan specific to you and give you some home exercises to work on. At follow-up sessions, I will track progress and use a variety of treatment methods.

Every physical therapy session is 1 on 1 for an hour. I do offer dry needling only sessions that are 30 minutes

This varies greatly depending on what you have going on and your needs. Most people need 4-12 visits over the course of a couple weeks or a couple months.
